Pay for it the way that makes sense for your household
A whole-home window project is a real number. Between financing, federal energy tax credits and doing the work in phases, most homeowners find a version of the project that fits this year’s budget.
Third-party financing
Fixed-payment and deferred-interest plans through home-improvement lenders. Rates and approval come from the lender, on your credit. We will lay out the real terms — no payment quoted without the interest attached to it.
Federal energy tax credits
Our windows meet ENERGY STAR in all climate zones, which is what makes them eligible. Every unit ships with its NFRC label so your tax preparer has the documentation they need.
Phase the project
Start with the worst-performing elevation, finish next year. Same pricing structure, same warranty, and you feel the comfort difference in the rooms that needed it most straight away.
How we talk about money: we will not quote you a monthly payment without showing you the total, the term and the interest. If a number sounds too good on someone else’s quote, ask them for those three things in writing.
The cheapest quote and the lowest cost are rarely the same window
Three costs never show up on a low bid: the service calls on hardware that fails at year six, the glass you replace yourself because your warranty excluded it, and the energy you keep buying because the glass package was generic.
- All-welded frames instead of mechanically fastened corners
- Glass specified by elevation, with the NFRC label to prove it
- Lifetime warranty that includes glass breakage
- Custom sizing at no upcharge, so nothing gets shimmed to fit

Paying for your project
Yes. We work with third-party home-improvement lenders that specialise in window and door projects, including deferred-interest and fixed-payment plans. Approval, rates and terms come from the lender and depend on your credit — we will walk you through the options at your estimate and you are never obligated to use them.
Absolutely, and plenty of people do. A common approach is to start with the west- and south-facing rooms — the ones taking the worst heat load — and finish the rest of the house the following year. Your pricing and warranty are the same either way.
Our windows and doors are engineered to meet or exceed ENERGY STAR standards in all climate zones and meet California Title 24. That makes them eligible for state and federal energy tax credits and for most utility rebate programs. We give you the NFRC labels and documentation you need to file — confirm current credit amounts with your tax preparer, since the programs change.
Southern California utilities periodically run energy-efficiency rebate programs that include qualifying windows. Programs change, so we give you the NFRC documentation for every unit and point you at whatever is currently open in your service territory. We do not promise a rebate amount we cannot control.
Financing is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. Tax credit and rebate amounts change — confirm current figures with your tax preparer or utility. Nothing on this page is tax advice.
